Poove Unakkaga (transl. For you, Flower) is a 1996 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Vikraman and produced by R. B. Choudary under Super Good Films. The film stars Vijay and Sangita in lead roles, with Anju Aravind, M. N. Nambiar, Nagesh, and Charle in supporting roles. The story follows Raja, a young man who pretends to be the long-lost grandson of two feuding families to help his friend marry the girl he loves. The film was praised for its fresh treatment of the caste-and-religion love plot, strong performances, and emotional climax. It became a commercial blockbuster, running for over 270 days, and is credited as Vijay's first major career breakthrough. The soundtrack by S. A. Rajkumar, his 50th film as composer, features popular songs like 'Anantham Anantham' and 'Sollamalae'. The film was released on 15 February 1996.

Storyline
Raja, a cheerful orphan, pretends to be the grandson of two families that have been enemies for 25 years. He wants to unite them so his friend can marry the girl he loves. But a girl named Priya shows up claiming to be his wife, and his lie starts to unravel.
