'Aatha Un Koyilile' is a 1991 Indian Tamil-language drama film written and directed by Kasthuri Raja. The film stars Selva and Kasthuri in their acting debuts, with Ravi Rahul, Vinodhini, Janagaraj, Vinu Chakravarthy, and Vadivelu in supporting roles. The story follows two generations of lovers in a Tamil village where caste rules dictate life and death. The powerful village bigwig Azhagarsamy orders honour killings to maintain caste purity. The film is notable for its raw portrayal of caste violence and forbidden love. It was remade in Telugu as 'Prema Vijetha' in 1992. The Indian Express critic N. Krishnaswamy praised the film for tying its narrative strands well. The film was released on 10 May 1991.

Storyline
Marudhu, a blacksmith, falls in love with Kasthuri, a wealthy village girl. When she chooses him over her cousin, the village heads reject their marriage because of caste differences. The powerful Azhagarsamy orders Kasthuri's death. Years later, his son Pandi falls in love with a poor girl, and history threatens to repeat itself.
