Siva Manasulo Sruthi (abbreviated as SMS) is a 2012 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by Tatineni Satya. The film stars Sudheer Babu and Regina Cassandra in her Telugu debut. It is a remake of the 2009 Tamil film Siva Manasula Sakthi. The story follows Siva, a courier delivery boy, who falls in love with Sruthi, a radio jockey, leading to a turbulent love-hate relationship. The film was produced by Vikram Raju under Vega Entertainment. It received positive reviews for its fresh narrative and strong performances. Sudheer Babu and Regina Cassandra both won SIIMA Awards for Best Debut. The film was released in theatres on 10 February 2012.

Storyline
