Ontari is a 2008 Indian Telugu-language psychological thriller film directed by B.V. Ramana. It stars Gopichand and Bhavana in lead roles. The story follows Vamsi, a wealthy man whose bride is brutally raped and killed on their wedding day by a gangster named Mahankali. Vamsi survives and embarks on a violent quest for revenge, hunting down each person responsible. The film is a loose adaptation of the British film Dead Man's Shoes. Storyline
Vamsi is a rich man in love with an orphan named Bujji. On their wedding day, a gangster named Mahankali kidnaps and rapes Bujji in front of Vamsi. Vamsi is stabbed and left for dead. He survives and sets out to kill everyone who hurt his love.
