The film stars Krishna as Vijay and Soundarya in lead roles, with Kota Srinivasa Rao portraying the antagonist Veeraswamy. The story follows Vijay, who becomes the sole guardian of his younger siblings after their parents die, and his struggle against a wealthy villain who tries to destroy his family. The film was a commercial success, ranking as the fourth highest-grossing Telugu film of 1994. Its popularity led to a Hindi remake titled Daanveer starring Mithun Chakraborty. The film was released in theaters in 1994.

Storyline
