Prema Khaidi is a 1990 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film directed by E. V. V. Satyanarayana. The film stars Harish, Malashri, and Sharada in lead roles. The story follows Chandram, a poor young man who is wrongly convicted of murdering his father and sent to prison. His love for Neelima, the daughter of a wealthy businessman, is the root of his troubles. The film explores class conflict, false accusations, and the power of love. It was Satyanarayana's directorial debut and became a commercial success. The film was remade in Hindi as Prem Qaidi in 1991 and in Kannada in 2002. Malashri won the Nandi Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance.

Storyline
