Policegiri(2013)
Policegiri is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by K.S. Ravikumar. The film stars Sanjay Dutt as DCP Rudra Aditya Devraj, with Prakash Raj and Prachi Desai in supporting roles. The story follows a fearless police officer who is transferred to a crime-ridden city controlled by a powerful mafia boss. He uses unconventional methods, including pretending to be a corrupt cop, to bring down the criminal empire. The film is an official remake of the 2003 Tamil film Saamy. It received mixed-to-negative reviews from critics, who criticized its loud action and weak screenplay. The film was a box-office bomb, collecting approximately ₹57 crore in India. It was released on 5 July 2013.

Storyline
DCP Rudra is transferred to Nagapuram, a city ruled by the mafia boss Nagori. Rudra pretends to be a criminal to infiltrate the underworld. He then uses his position to shut down Nagori's illegal businesses. A violent war erupts between the two men. Rudra must destroy Nagori before his transfer order forces him to leave.
