• Anita was just 19 and fresh out of modeling when she signed Nuvvu Nenu (2001) opposite M.S. Narayana, who was already a veteran comedian. The director, V. N. Aditya, paired them specifically to give her a safe, experienced co-star for her early scenes.
• In Thotti Gang (2002), Narayana deliberately slowed down his comic timing to match Anita's raw energy. He later told a crew member that she made him 'act younger' — he improvised more physical comedy in that film than in any other project that year.
