• Krishnudu was a huge fan of Rajendra Prasad's comedy timing. He personally requested the director of Mogudu (2011) to cast Rajendra Prasad as his father. The director agreed only after Krishnudu promised to match his energy in every scene.
• In Nippu (2012), Rajendra Prasad deliberately slowed down his dialogue delivery to match Krishnudu's natural rhythm. He told the crew that Krishnudu's raw energy needed space to breathe. The result was a father-son banter that felt unscripted.
• Oo Pe Ku Ha (2018) was the first Telugu film to use a single-take comedy sequence lasting 12 minutes. Rajendra Prasad and Krishnudu rehearsed that scene for three days straight. The film's success inspired two other Telugu comedies to attempt similar long-take gags in 2019.
• During the shoot of Mogudu (2011), Rajendra Prasad noticed Krishnudu was nervous about a crying scene. He pulled him aside and told him to think of his own father. Krishnudu later said that moment broke the ice between them — they became close friends after that day.
