• Subbaraju and Nagineedu first faced off in 'Aha Naa Pellanta' (2011) as rival gang leaders. The director, Veerabhadram, deliberately cast them together because both actors had a reputation for bringing a quiet menace — he wanted two guys who could stare each other down without blinking.
• In 'Shourya' (2016), their fight scene was shot in one continuous take. Subbaraju later said Nagineedu’s habit of pausing mid-dialogue forced him to stay in character longer — that tension made the scene feel real.
• On the sets of 'Gully Rowdy' (2021), the two would share a cup of tea before every scene together. Subbaraju called it their 'silence ritual' — they barely spoke, just nodded at each other, then walked into frame.
