Biography
Srihari (born 15 August 1964, died 9 October 2013) was an Indian actor primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema, with additional appearances in Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi films. He won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award (Telugu) for his role in Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana (2005) alongside Siddharth and Trisha, and accumulated seven Nandi Awards over his career. Known for powerful villain and character roles, he was introduced by director Dasari Narayana Rao in Brahma Nayudu (1987) and went on to deliver memorable performances in films such as Okkadu (2003), Magadheera (2009), Don Seenu (2010), and Shirdi Sai (2012). His final films, including Jagadguru Adi Shankara (2013) and Kamina (2013), were released posthumously or near the time of his death from liver failure at age 49.
