• Nassar was the one who suggested Jyothika for the role of Ganga in Chandramukhi (2005). The director P. Vasu had already locked another actress, but Nassar insisted she was perfect for the part. That call changed both their careers.
• In 36 Vayathinile (2015), Nassar deliberately underplayed his scenes opposite Jyothika. He told the director he wanted her character to own every frame. He pulled back his own performance so her vulnerability could hit harder.
• During the shoot of Magalir Mattum (2017), Jyothika was pregnant with her second child. Nassar quietly adjusted his shooting schedule around her doctor visits without telling the crew. She only found out years later from a production assistant.
• Nassar once said about Jyothika: 'She doesn't act. She becomes. I had to work twice as hard just to keep up with her in Chandramukhi.' He said this in a 2018 interview about their collaborations.
• The success of Chandramukhi (2005) directly led to Jyothika being cast in the Hindi remake Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007). Nassar's recommendation gave her a role that became a benchmark for horror-comedy heroines across India.
