• Sayaji Shinde personally recommended Vikramjeet Virk to director Srinu Vaitla for 'Amar Akbar Anthony' (2018). Shinde had seen Virk's work in 'Sher' and told Vaitla, 'This guy has the comic timing we need.' That recommendation got Virk the role of Akbar.
