• Vishnu Manchu personally requested Raghu Babu to play the villain in his debut film 'Vishnu' (2003). Raghu was already a known face in comedy roles, but Vishnu saw something darker in him and pushed the director to cast him as the antagonist.
• On the sets of 'Suryam' (2004), Raghu Babu would deliberately mess up his comic timing in rehearsals so Vishnu's reactions in the final take would feel more spontaneous and surprised. Vishnu later admitted this trick made him look sharper on screen.
• During the shoot of 'Saleem' (2009), Raghu Babu and Vishnu Manchu shared a hotel room for three weeks in Hyderabad. They would stay up late rewriting each other's dialogue, often swapping lines between the hero and the villain to make their confrontations punchier.
