• Chandramohan and Venu Madhav first shared screen space in 'Yogi' (2007) because the director wanted a comic duo that could match Nandamuri Balakrishna's intensity. Venu Madhav was already a known comedian, but Chandramohan was brought in specifically to play off his energy — the pairing was a last-minute decision by the writer.
• In 'Bhale Dongalu' (2008), Chandramohan played the straight man to Venu Madhav's over-the-top antics. Venu would improvise lines on set, and Chandramohan would react in real time — no retakes. The director later said that Chandramohan's deadpan timing made Venu's jokes land harder.
• During the shoot of 'Bumper Offer' (2009), the two shared a hotel room in Hyderabad for three weeks. Venu Madhav would wake up early and rehearse his lines aloud, which annoyed Chandramohan so much that he started sleeping with earplugs. They still laugh about it in interviews.
• Venu Madhav once said in a 2009 interview: 'Chandramohan is the only actor who can make me look good without trying. He doesn't steal the scene — he just stands there and lets me be the fool.'
