
Yogi(2007)
Yogi is a 2007 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by V. V. Vinayak. It stars Prabhas, Nayanthara, and Sharada in lead roles. The film is a remake of the 2005 Kannada film Jogi. The story follows Eeswar Chandra Prasad, a village boy who moves to Hyderabad after his father's death. He accidentally kills a gangster and becomes a feared figure known as Yogi. His mother Santhamma travels to the city to find him, unaware of his new identity. The film explores themes of mother-son love, violence, and tragic miscommunication. It received mixed reviews for its slow screenplay but was praised for Prabhas's performance. The film underperformed at the box office despite a strong opening week. It was later dubbed in Hindi as Maa Kasam Badla Loonga and in Tamil as Murattu Thambi.

Storyline
