• Rishi Kapoor was the one who pushed for Farha Naaz to be cast in 'Naseeb Apna Apna' (1986). He had seen her in a small role and told the director she had the right 'bubbly energy' to play opposite him. The director initially wanted a bigger name.
• On the sets of 'Ghar Ghar Ki Kahani' (1988), Rishi would deliberately flub his lines in the first take just to make Farha laugh and loosen up. She later admitted that his playful teasing was the only reason she stopped being nervous around a star of his stature.
• Farha Naaz has said in interviews that Rishi Kapoor treated her like a younger sister off-screen. He would personally check on her food and water during outdoor shoots for 'Hamara Khandaan' (1988), making sure she wasn't overworked in the heat.
• Their pairing in 'Naseeb Apna Apna' (1986) was one of the first Hindi films to feature a full-fledged item number ('Mere Dil Mein Hai Tu') that was shot entirely in a single, unbroken take. The choreographer later used that same technique in a Madhuri Dixit song.
