Trivia
- The film marked the first time all three Deol actors — Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, and Bobby Deol — starred together in a major Hindi film.
- Director Anil Sharma and Sunny Deol had previously collaborated on the blockbuster 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha' in 2001.
- The boxing sequences required intense physical training, with the Deols reportedly undergoing months of preparation to look convincing as boxers.
- The movie's soundtrack, composed by Himesh Reshammiya, included the hit song 'Mehbooba Mehbooba', a remake of a classic from the 1975 film 'Sholay'.
- Despite the family drama theme, the film performed moderately at the box office and received mixed reviews from critics.
- A real-life boxing champion, Australian boxer Paul Briggs, was involved in training the actors for the film's fight scenes.
- The story was partly inspired by the director's own observations about family dynamics and the pressures of living up to a father's legacy.
