Shola Aur Shabnam(1992)
Shola Aur Shabnam is a 1992 Indian Hindi-language action romantic comedy film directed and edited by David Dhawan. The film stars Govinda, Divya Bharti, Gulshan Grover, Mohnish Behl, Alok Nath, and Anupam Kher. The story follows Karan, an NCC cadet, who falls in love with Divya, the daughter of a police commissioner. Their romance faces obstacles from a spoiled rich rival named Bali and his gangster brother Kali Baba. The film blends comedy, action, and romance with a soundtrack composed by Bappi Lahiri. It was a major box office success, grossing ₹10.7 crore and becoming the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of 1992. Anupam Kher received a Filmfare nomination for Best Comic Actor for his role as Major Indramohan Lathi. The film was released on 23 January 1992.

Storyline
Karan, a poor NCC cadet, falls in love with Divya, the daughter of a police commissioner. But Bali, the spoiled brother of a gangster, also wants Divya. Bali uses his power and money to separate them. Karan and Divya must fight against a rich rival, a dangerous gangster, and a strict father to be together.
