Kadamai Kanniyam Kattupaadu is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language crime thriller film directed by Santhana Bharathi. It stars Sathyaraj as Sub-Inspector Balaram, with Geetha and Captain Raju in supporting roles. The story follows an honest police officer who battles corruption within his own department while hunting an international criminal. The film is notable for having no songs, relying entirely on Ilaiyaraaja's background score. It is a remake of the Malayalam film Aavanazhi (1986). Kamal Haasan produced the film and appears in a guest cameo. Critics praised Sathyaraj's performance, with Kalki magazine noting he ruled every frame. The film released on 12 June 1987.

Storyline
Sub-Inspector Balaram is an honest cop in a corrupt police department. He refuses to take bribes or follow illegal orders. When he targets a powerful international criminal, his own superiors turn against him. Suspended and alone, Balaram must fight the system and the criminal to uphold justice.
