Thirumathi Oru Vegumathi is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language drama film written and directed by Visu. The film stars Pandiyan, S. V. Sekhar, Nizhalgal Ravi, and Visu in lead roles. It is based on Visu's play Bharatha Matharkku Jai. The story follows Uma, a woman who sacrifices her own happiness to raise her younger brothers, only to face betrayal and tragedy. The film marks the cinematic acting debut of M. S. Bhaskar. It was released on 26 January 1987.
