Ezhudhadha Sattangal(1984)
'Ezhudhadha Sattangal' (transl. Unwritten Laws) is a 1984 Indian Tamil-language legal drama film directed by K. Shankar. The lead cast includes Sivaji Ganesan, Jaishankar, Prabhu, M. N. Nambiar, Srividya, and Urvashi. The story follows Nazeer, a fisherman who challenges a corrupt legal system after a wealthy landowner steals his boat. Set in a coastal village, the film contrasts written law with human justice. It is a remake of the Malayalam film 'Aarambham' (1982). The film received praise for Sivaji Ganesan's performance, Ilaiyaraaja's music, and Super Subbarayan's stunt choreography. It was released on 15 August 1984.

Storyline
Nazeer is a poor fisherman whose boat is stolen by a rich landowner. The court rules against him because the law favors the wealthy. He starts a parallel court under a tree to deliver real justice to the poor. But the system fights back, and he must risk everything to protect his family and his cause.
