
Vidhi(1984)
Vidhi is a 1984 Indian Tamil-language legal drama film directed by K. Vijayan. The film stars Sujatha, Mohan, Poornima, and Jaishankar in lead roles. It is a remake of the Telugu film Nyayam Kavali (1981). The story follows Radha, a pregnant woman abandoned by her wealthy lover, who takes him to court to establish paternity. The film is notable for its strong female characters and powerful courtroom dialogues. Vidhi received positive reviews and was a commercial success, running for over 500 days in theatres. The music was composed by Shankar–Ganesh.

Storyline
A middle-class girl named Radha falls in love with a wealthy playboy named Raja. When she becomes pregnant, Raja refuses to marry her. Radha decides to fight back. She hires a lawyer and takes Raja to court to prove he is the father of her child.
