Unnaithan Thambi(1974)
Unnaithan Thambi is a 1974 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by R. Vittal and written by Panchu Arunachalam. The film stars Jaishankar as a loyal caretaker and Jayachitra as his ally, with Ashokan, Srikanth, Thengai Srinivasan, and Vennira Aadai Moorthy in supporting roles. The story follows a blind household head who is betrayed by his greedy brother-in-law, while the caretaker fights to expose the treachery and protect the family. The film features a soundtrack composed by Vijaya Bhaskar with lyrics by Kannadasan. It was released on 30 August 1974 and received positive reviews for its performances, particularly Jaishankar's, and its strong moral themes. The storyline was later adapted by Arunachalam for the 1989 Rajinikanth film Raja Chinna Roja.

Storyline
