Vani Rani is a 1974 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Tapi Chanakya and C. V. Rajendran. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Vanisri, and R. Muthuraman. Storyline
Vani is a gentle orphan mistreated by her greedy aunt. Rani is her bold, street-smart twin who lives in a slum. When Vani runs away, Rani takes her place in the house. She teaches the aunt a lesson while Vani finds love. But the aunt discovers the swap and tries to force Vani into a marriage. The twins must unite to save each other.
