Veguli Penn is a 1971 Indian Tamil-language mystery drama film directed by S. S. Devadoss. It stars Gemini Ganesan as Inspector Ramu and Devika as his wife Janaki. The supporting cast includes R. Muthuraman, Nagesh, V. K. Ramasamy, V. Nirmala, and K. Balaji. The story follows a woman who becomes pregnant under mysterious circumstances, and the search for the father of her child. The film is an adaptation of Kalaignanam's play Vellikizhamai. It won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil at the 19th National Film Awards. The film was released on 2 July 1971 and ran for over 100 days in theatres.

Storyline
Inspector Ramu and his wife Janaki live a happy life with Janaki's younger sister Radha. When Radha becomes pregnant, Janaki hides the truth and desperately searches for the father. Suspicions fall on multiple men, including Ramu's brother Muthu. The shocking identity of the father threatens to destroy the entire family.
