Set in the coastal fishing village of Yaazh Nagar, the story follows Sura, a fearless fisherman who protects his community from a corrupt politician named Samuthira Raja. The politician attempts to seize the villagers' land, forcing Sura into a violent confrontation. The film blends action sequences with comedic moments delivered by Vadivelu.
