Tamacha is a 1988 Hindi-language action film directed by Ramesh Ahuja. It stars Jeetendra, Rajinikanth, Amrita Singh, and Bhanupriya in lead roles. The story follows two childhood friends who become a CBI officer and a gangster, unaware of each other's identities. The film explores themes of friendship, family loyalty, and redemption. Music was composed by Bappi Lahiri with lyrics by Anand Bakshi. The film was dubbed in Tamil as Ezhai Thozhan and in Telugu as Praja Nayakudu. It was produced by Prasan Kapoor under the Tirupati Pictures Enterprises banner.

Storyline
