Priyanka(1994)
Priyanka is a 1994 Indian Tamil-language legal drama film written, produced, and directed by Neelakanta in his directorial debut. The film stars Revathi in the title role, with Prabhu, Jayaram, Jaishankar, Nassar, and Nizhalgal Ravi in supporting roles. It is a remake of the 1993 Hindi film Damini. The story follows a young woman who becomes the key witness in a rape case and faces betrayal from her own family and the legal system. The film was praised for its honest storytelling and strong performances, particularly Revathi's portrayal of a woman fighting for justice. Revathi won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Tamil for her performance. The film was released on 27 May 1994 and received positive reviews from critics.

Storyline
