Enga Muthalali (transl. Our Boss) is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Liaquat Ali Khan and written by Panchu Arunachalam. The film stars Vijayakanth and Kasthuri in lead roles, with Radha Ravi, Raja, and Napoleon in supporting roles. The story follows Vijayaragunatha, a compassionate landlord who opposes caste divisions and stands for truth. After witnessing his cousin commit murder, he refuses to lie in court, triggering a family feud. His uncle Narayana seeks revenge by manipulating Vijayaragunatha's younger brother Balu against him. The film explores themes of betrayal, love, and family unity. Ilaiyaraaja composed the music. The Indian Express praised the film's neat treatment and different subject. The film was released on 13 November 1993.

Storyline
A kind landlord named Vijayaragunatha witnesses his cousin murder a farmer. He tells the truth in court, and his cousin goes to prison. His uncle swears revenge and uses lies to turn Vijayaragunatha's younger brother against him. The brother betrays him, and the family falls apart. Vijayaragunatha must fight to save his family and prove his innocence.
