
Dookudu(2011)
Dookudu (transl. Aggression) is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Srinu Vaitla. The film stars Mahesh Babu, Samantha, Prakash Raj, and Sonu Sood. It follows Ajay Kumar, a police officer who creates an elaborate fake political world to protect his father, who has just woken from a coma. The film was inspired by the German film Good Bye, Lenin! (2003). It was produced by 14 Reels Entertainment and features music by Thaman S. Dookudu was a major commercial success, becoming the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2011. It won seven Nandi Awards and six Filmfare Awards South. The film was released on 23 September 2011 on 1800 screens worldwide.

Storyline
Ajay Kumar is a fearless police officer in Mumbai. His father Shankar Narayana wakes from a coma with a fragile heart. Any shock could kill him. Ajay hides the truth about his father's enemies. He builds a fake world where he pretends to be an MLA. He must protect his father while secretly hunting down the men who tried to kill him.
