Pourudu(2008)
Pourudu (2008) is a Telugu-language action thriller film directed by Raj Aditya. It stars Sumanth as Ajay, a young man who dreams of becoming an IPS officer, and Kajal Aggarwal as his love interest Samyukta. The supporting cast includes Suman as Pandu, Nassar as Jakeer Bhai, and Subbaraju as Hussain. The story follows Ajay as he navigates his father's involvement with a mafia gang. When his father is killed, Ajay abandons his IPS dream to seek revenge. The film explores themes of family loyalty, corruption, and personal sacrifice. It was produced by Supriya Yarlagadda under SS Creations and Annapurna Studios. The music was composed by Mani Sharma. Pourudu had a 100-day run in select theaters and was later dubbed into Hindi as Giraftaar: The Man on a Mission.

Storyline
