
Swagatham(2008)
Swagatham is a 2008 Telugu romantic drama film directed by Dasarath. The film stars Jagapathi Babu, Anushka Shetty, and Bhumika Chawla in lead roles, with Arjun Sarja in a special appearance. Set in New York, the story follows Sailu, a woman who runs a failing textile business while raising her nephew. She blames her brother-in-law for her sister's death in a car accident. Her life changes when Krishna, a widower with a daughter, moves into her colony. The film explores themes of love, sacrifice, and forgiveness. It was noted for its emotional second half and the chemistry between Bhumika and Jagapathi Babu. The music was composed by R. P. Patnaik. Storyline
Sailu hates her brother-in-law Srikanth for causing her sister's death. She raises her nephew alone in New York while struggling to keep her business alive. When a kind widower named Krishna moves in next door, he helps her uncover the truth about the accident. But Krishna has his own heartbreaking secret about his wife Vidya.
