Rakhi(2006)
Rakhi is a 2006 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Krishna Vamsi. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ileana D'Cruz, Charmme Kaur, Suhasini, and Sarath Babu. The story follows Ramakrishna, a young man whose pregnant sister is burned alive by her in-laws over dowry. After the justice system fails to punish the killers, he becomes a vigilante who burns alive men who abuse women. The film sparked debate about gender-based violence and vigilante justice. N. T. Rama Rao Jr.'s performance earned widespread acclaim and is regarded as one of the finest of his career. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Rakhi was a sleeper hit at the box office and ran for 100 days in 30 centers.

Storyline
Ramakrishna is a simple man who loves his sister Gayathri. When her in-laws burn her alive for dowry, the court calls it suicide. Devastated and angry, Ramakrishna becomes Rakhi. He hunts down and burns alive every man who hurts women. The police hunt him, but women see him as a god. Can one man change a broken system?
