• In 'Seenu' (1999), Brahmanandam played a bumbling sidekick who kept messing up Chandramohan's heist plans. The comedy came from Chandramohan's deadpan frustration — he'd just stare at Brahmanandam without blinking, letting the silence do the work. That film is still their highest-rated collaboration at 7.2/10.
• Chandramohan once said in an interview that Brahmanandam would call him 'anna' (elder brother) on set, even though they were almost the same age. Brahmanandam insisted on it because Chandramohan had been acting since the 1970s and he wanted to show respect.
• Their first film together, 'Jayammu Nischayammu Raa' (1990), was a low-budget comedy where Brahmanandam was still finding his comic timing. Chandramohan, already a known face, deliberately slowed down his own delivery in scenes to give Brahmanandam space to land his punchlines. That rhythm became their signature.
• The 2003 film 'Oka Radha Iddaru Krishnula Pelli' — where they played two men chasing the same woman — directly inspired the 2006 Tamil comedy 'Thirupathi' with Prabhu and Sathyaraj. The Telugu original's double-act template got copied beat for beat.
• Chandramohan told a Telugu magazine in 2015: 'Brahmanandam is the only co-star who made me forget my lines because I was laughing so hard. We had to reshoot the climax of 'Bhale Dongalu' (2008) three times because I kept breaking character.'
