Narasimhudu(2005)
Narasimhudu is a 2005 Indian Telugu-language action film directed by B. Gopal. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr. in the title role, with Ameesha Patel and Sameera Reddy (in her Telugu debut) as the female leads. The supporting cast includes Puneet Issar, Kalabhavan Mani, Rahul Dev, and Ashish Vidyarthi. The story follows Narasimhudu, a village guardian who seeks brutal revenge after an 11-year-old girl from his village is raped and murdered by the sons of two powerful criminals. He travels to the city, pretends to be mute, and systematically destroys their criminal empire. The film is a remake of the 2004 Kannada film Durgi and is the only remake Jr. NTR has acted in. It was produced on a budget of ₹20 crore but received negative reviews and became a box-office bomb. The film's failure led to a suicide attempt by its producer, Chengala Venkat Rao. Narasimhudu was released on 20 May 2005.

Storyline
Narasimhudu is a village guardian raised by the entire Kondaveedu community. When the sons of two powerful criminals rape and murder an 11-year-old girl, the law fails to act. Narasimhudu vows to kill the sons and their fathers. He goes to the city, pretends to be mute, and wages a one-man war against their criminal empire.
