The story is set in the faction-ridden Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, where a violent feud over water between two families has lasted for generations. The central character, Indra Sena Reddy, attempts to end the bloodshed by marrying the daughter of his family's sworn enemy. Storyline
In the drought-stricken region of Rayalaseema, two families have been killing each other for years over water.
