Anandam(2001)
Anandam is a 2001 Indian Telugu-language romance film directed by Srinu Vaitla. It stars Akash, Rekha, Tanu Roy, and Venkat. The story follows two neighbors, Kiran and Aishwarya, who hate each other but unknowingly fall in love through letters written under false identities. The film was produced by Ramoji Rao under Ushakiran Movies. It features music composed by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Sameer Reddy. Anandam was a critical and commercial success, running for 200 days in select theaters. It won the Cinema Express Award for Best Film – Telugu. The film made Akash an overnight star in Telugu cinema. It was remade in Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.

Storyline
Kiran and Aishwarya are neighbors who hate each other. When Aishwarya moves away, she finds letters from a dead man. She writes back pretending to be his girlfriend. Kiran receives the letters and replies, not knowing it is his enemy. They fall in love without realizing who the other person is.
