Major Chandrakanth is a 1993 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao in the title role, alongside Mohan Babu, Nagma, Ramya Krishna, Sarada, and Amrish Puri. The story follows a decorated army officer who returns home to fight corruption after his friend's death. The film was produced by Mohan Babu under the Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures banner and features music by M. M. Keeravani. It was a major commercial success and marked N. T. Rama Rao's final acting performance. The film released on 23 April 1993.

Storyline
Major Chandrakanth is a war hero who returns home after winning the Param Vir Chakra. He discovers that his town is controlled by a corrupt politician. He must fight to save his family and fulfill a promise to his dying friend. But the politician will stop at nothing to destroy him.
