It follows Inspector Chulbul Pandey as he takes a new posting in Kanpur and clashes with a powerful gangster-politician. Storyline
Inspector Chulbul Pandey moves to Kanpur with his family. He quickly makes an enemy of Thakur Bachcha Singh, a ruthless politician and gangster. When Chulbul kills Bachcha's brother, the villain vows revenge. Bachcha attacks Chulbul's pregnant wife, leading to a tragic loss. Now Chulbul must choose between following the law and taking brutal personal revenge.
