• Their first film together, Pudhumai Penn (1984), was a Tamil movie. It was dubbed into Telugu later. So technically, their Telugu collaboration started with a dubbed film.
• In Aavesham (1994), Rajasekhar played a violent, brooding character while Dr. Rajasekhar played a calm, righteous doctor. The contrast between their acting styles — one raw and explosive, the other measured and controlled — made their scenes crackle.
• Despite sharing the same name and working on four films, the two Rajasekhars were never close friends off-screen. They were professional colleagues who respected each other's craft but didn't hang out after pack-up.
• Mahankali (2013) was their only film together in the 2010s. It was also the only one where Dr. Rajasekhar played a negative role — a villainous tantrik. That film gave him a late-career villain image, leading to more negative roles in later years.
