• Brahmanandam was the one who pushed K. Vishwanath to take on the role of the villain in 'Lakshmi Narasimha' (2004). Vishwanath was hesitant to play a negative character after decades of playing godly figures, but Brahmanandam convinced him it would be a fresh challenge.
• In 'Dost' (2004), Vishwanath played a strict father while Brahmanandam played a comic sidekick. Vishwanath would deliberately break into his signature poetic dialogue delivery mid-scene, forcing Brahmanandam to improvise his comic timing around those pauses — a rhythm no other comedian could match.
