• Brahmanandam was the one who suggested Prabhas for the lead in Raghavendra (2003). The director was unsure about casting a relatively new face, but Brahmanandam insisted Prabhas had the right intensity.
• In Mr. Perfect (2011), Brahmanandam improvised an entire 3-minute rant about 'perfect husbands' while Prabhas stood there trying not to laugh. The director kept the take because Prabhas's suppressed smile made the scene funnier.
• On the sets of Mirchi (2013), Prabhas would personally bring Brahmanandam his favorite filter coffee every morning. Brahmanandam later said it was the only time a hero treated him like a guest star instead of a comedian.
