• Their first film together, Naayak (2013), almost didn't happen. Satyam Rajesh was cast last minute after the original actor dropped out. Posani Krishna Murali, who played a key supporting role, personally vouched for Rajesh on set.
• In Loukyam (2014), Posani's loud, over-the-top energy forced Satyam Rajesh to play the straight man. Rajesh later said in an interview that Posani's unpredictability made him sharpen his timing — he had to react in real time, not rehearse.
• On the sets of Dohchay (2015), the two developed a ritual: before every scene together, they'd slap each other's backs hard enough to leave a mark. They said it got them both into the same aggressive headspace.
• Their pairing in Kavacham (2018) — a rare hit for both — directly led to the director, Siva, casting them together again in Kothala Rayudu (2022). That film became a sleeper hit on OTT, giving both actors a late-career boost.

• In C/O Godavari (2017), Posani deliberately underplayed his role — no shouting, no mannerisms — to let Rajesh's comic timing shine. Rajesh later admitted that was the first time he felt like the lead in a scene with Posani.
