Sabitha Anand (born 17 May 1965) is an Indian actress active in Tamil and Malayalam cinema since the early 1980s, daughter of Malayalam actor J. A. R. Anand, known for supporting and character roles across more than 100 films. She appeared in notable Tamil films including Chinna Poove Mella Pesu (1987), Veera (1994) as Mani's wife, Poomani (1996) as Panchavarnam, and Bala (2002) as Bhagyam. She transitioned from lead roles in Malayalam cinema to character and mother roles in Tamil film and television, winning the Mylapore Academy Award for Best Actress in a Negative Role for her portrayal of Saroja in the Tamil serial Deivamagal (2014). Her Tamil TV presence grew significantly with the long-running serial Deivamagal (2013–present) on Sun TV.
