Insaniyat(1994)
Insaniyat is a 1994 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Ramanjit Juneja. The ensemble cast includes Amitabh Bachchan, Sunny Deol, Chunky Pandey, Jaya Prada, Raveena Tandon, Nutan, Vinod Mehra, and Anupam Kher. The story follows SSP Amar Nath Singh, who unites two warring gangsters, Karim Lala and Hariharan, to combat a criminal conspiracy led by Brijbhan. Brijbhan is involved in terrorism and holds Amar's childhood sweetheart captive. The film explores themes of sacrifice, unity, and humanity. It was the only film featuring both Amitabh Bachchan and Sunny Deol. Insaniyat received negative reviews upon its March 11, 1994 release but had the year's biggest opening day. It finished as an average grosser, ranking 12th among 1994 Hindi films.
