Uyirullavarai Usha is a 1983 Indian Tamil-language romantic action film written, directed, and scored by T. Rajendar. The film stars Saritha, Rajendar, Ganga, and Nalini. The story follows Chain Jayapal, a brave man who fights a powerful gangster to protect his love Usha. The film was originally titled Chain Jayapal but was renamed to honor Rajendar's wife. It marked the acting debut of Rajendar and Nalini in leading roles. The film was released on 4 March 1983 and became a box office success. It was remade in Kannada as Premigala Saval and in Hindi as Aag Aur Shola. The soundtrack features popular songs like 'Indiralogathu Sundari' and 'Vaigai Karai Katre'.

Storyline
Chain Jayapal, a brave man, falls in love with Usha. A ruthless gangster named Raja also wants Usha. Raja uses his power to threaten Jayapal and kidnaps Usha. Jayapal must fight Raja and his gang to rescue the woman he loves and keep his promise to be with her forever.
