Thai Meethu Sathiyam is a 1978 Indian Tamil-language curry Western film directed by R. Thyagarajan. It stars Rajinikanth as Babu, a shepherd who seeks revenge, and Sripriya as Sivakami. The supporting cast includes Mohan Babu, Prabhakar, and Ambareesh. The story follows Babu as he trains to become a cowboy after criminals murder his parents. The film was produced by Sandow M. M. A. Chinnappa Thevar and was his last production before his death. It was released on 30 October 1978, on Diwali day, and became a commercial success, running for over 100 days in theatres.

Storyline
A gentle shepherd named Babu watches his parents get murdered by two ruthless criminals. He swears on his mother’s life that he will kill them. With the help of a kind zamindar, he trains to become a cowboy and sets out for revenge.
