Kannan Varuvan is a 1970 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by I. N. Murthy. The film stars Jaishankar, Muthuraman, Lakshmi, Vennira Aadai Nirmala, and Vijaya Lalitha. The story follows a young man who promises an old man, who saved his life, to fix the old man's chaotic household.
