
Toofan(1989)
Toofan is a 1989 Indian Hindi-language superhero film directed by Ketan Desai. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan in a double role as the titular superhero Toofan and his twin brother Shyam, a magician. The supporting cast includes Amrita Singh, Meenakshi Seshadri, Pran, and Farooq Sheikh. The story follows twin brothers separated at birth — one with superhuman strength who fights evil, and the other a gentle magician trying to complete his father's failed escape trick. Their paths converge when a gang of dacoits threatens their village and family. The film features music by Anu Malik, including Kishore Kumar's final song for an Amitabh Bachchan film. Storyline
